Privacy Policy

How information is handled when you use the HabiVue website, app access, support and subscription services.

Who is responsible

GOGAME CONSOLE PUBLISHER LTD, company number 14391821, registered in England and Wales, is responsible for the HabiVue website and the commercial presentation of HabiVue. Privacy questions can be sent to support@habivuedesign.app.

Information we may process

Depending on the service used, information may include contact details, account identifiers, subscription and transaction references, payment method type and last four card digits, support messages, device/app diagnostics, security records and information needed to deliver app access. We do not need or intend to receive full card number, CVC or expiry through HabiVue-owned fields.

Purposes

Information is used to provide and secure the service, create and manage access, process and reconcile subscriptions, support cancellation and refund requests, answer support enquiries, prevent abuse, comply with legal duties and improve reliability.

Legal bases

Depending on context, processing is necessary to perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, pursue legitimate interests in security and service operation, or act on consent where required.

Cookies and analytics

This static company presentation does not set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. If measurement or personalisation is added later, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before activation.

Service providers and transfers

Authorised providers may support hosting, identity, email, customer support, app distribution and payment processing under appropriate contracts and safeguards. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose or where required by law.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service, security, accounting, dispute and legal obligations. We use access controls and data minimisation, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Contact support to make a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your applicable supervisory authority.

Cancellation data

The public cancellation route requests only the billing email and last four card digits needed to locate a matching subscription. Never provide full card details.
