The product
HabiVue helps users create visual home-design concepts from photos in the iPhone app. The website provides product information, access options, support, billing information and cancellation; it is not a browser-based design editor.
Outputs are visual concepts for inspiration. They are not measurements, construction drawings, architectural, engineering, electrical, structural or safety advice and do not guarantee feasibility, cost or outcome. Obtain qualified professional advice before material work.
Premium access
The planned HabiVue Premium website offer begins with a 3-day free trial and then renews automatically at 19.99 EUR every 2 weeks until cancelled. The exact currency and total displayed by an enabled checkout form the offer accepted by the customer. Premium functionality is delivered in the iPhone app.

Digital delivery
The Free app is delivered through the Apple App Store. When Premium enrollment is available, Premium access is delivered electronically to the HabiVue app account after billing activation is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped. If access is not available after confirmation, contact support so we can investigate or provide an appropriate remedy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, probe security, upload unlawful material or infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other legal rights. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for images you upload.
Availability and liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but features may change and interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply in their country of residence.
